The repairer will let you know if the time is extended on your repair, typically they will only offer services of replacements, that fit within the repair journey. However parts may take longer and therefore extend the repair, any questions then contact your repairer direct.
That's ok, your repairer may of not found any reason to offer additional services or repair.
All WayPoints are managed directly with your repairer, therefore any payments with be made direct to them.
